Aqua Aerobics

Joan has been taking water-aerobics classes for at least 18 years and is highly specialised in the field. Classes are currently ladies only – a core group of 6 which can increase to 10-12. Our heated indoor swimming pool provides the space for you to participate in a safe and fun environment with the following benefits:
